Senior Intellectual Property Attorney - Ahmedabad Office

1. Candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of PQE + Core Focus on Trademark Prosecution/Litigation and Commercial Law matters including Counseling Clients for Trade Mark Filings, Managing Litigation Matters, and undertaking core Prosecution Matters. Additional responsibilities would include Drafting/Vetting of all types of Commercial Contracts/Agreements, Trade Mark/IP Litigation, handing Court proceedings.

2. Location would be strictly new Ahmedabad Office to K&K, and hence requesting only such applicants who are comfortable with the Ahmedabad Office location from a long term standpoint to apply. Colleagues should be very comfortable with undertaking Client Development Mandates and help contribute to head/grow the Ahmedabad Office.

3. Candidates should have at least 4 years strong experience in core Prosecution and Commercial Litigation Matters.

5. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills, should be willing to work independent as well as in a team.

6. Should not have any ego/hangover of a previous job/position. Should be willing and open in participating in business development mandates.
