Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Integration Solutions Consultant to design and implement enterprise integrations for our clients. This customer-facing role combines business consulting, solution design, and hands-on integration development.

You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business processes, gather integration requirements, design workflows, and build scalable integrations using SimplifyVMS's proprietary iPaaS platform. The ideal candidate has experience integrating enterprise applications such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and other HR and ERP systems using leading iPaaS platforms like Workato, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar technologies.

As an AI-first organization, we expect our consultants to leverage modern AI tools throughout the integration lifecycle—from requirements analysis and solution design to development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate embraces AI as a productivity accelerator and enjoys using AI-assisted development tools to deliver high-quality integration solutions faster.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise clients to understand business processes and integration requirements.
• Conduct discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical integration solutions.
• Design integration workflows, data mappings, and API specifications.
• Build and configure integrations using SimplifyVMS's iPaaS platform.
• Integrate SimplifyVMS with HRIS, ERP, procurement, identity management, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop REST API, web service, SFTP, webhook, and event-driven integrations.
• Create technical documentation, field mappings, and workflow diagrams.
• Support integration testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production go-live.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise application integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with one or more iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, SnapLogic, or Informatica Cloud.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, web services, and integration best practices.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, UKG, ADP, Coupa, or SAP Ariba.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience working directly with enterprise customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing HR technology, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), or workforce management platforms.
• Knowledge of identity management and SSO solutions such as Azure AD or Okta.
• Experience with API orchestration, workflow automation, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled automation and integration technologies.

AI-First Mindset (Preferred)

We're looking for somone who embraces AI as part of their everyday work. Ideal candidates will have experience using AI-powered development and productivity tools to improve solution quality, accelerate delivery, and automate repetitive tasks.

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, or similar AI-assisted development platforms is highly desirable. You should be comfortable leveraging AI for:

• Solution architecture and integration design
• API development and code generation
• Data mapping and transformation logic
• Documentation and technical specifications
• Test case generation and debugging
• Workflow optimization and automation
