Domain: Boomi Infrastructure, SRE, and Production Support

About the Role:

Looking for an experienced Senior Integration Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Boomi, SRE practices, Linux, and Production Support. You'll be responsible for managing integration platforms, resolving production issues, and improving automation and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support Boomi infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and automate repetitive tasks
• Handle critical incidents and perform RCA
• Collaborate with DevOps and Infra teams
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and system documentation

Mandatory Skills:

• Boomi Integration Platform (setup, monitoring, troubleshooting)
• Site Reliability Engineering (monitoring, logging, alerting)
• Linux (system-level troubleshooting, scripting)
• Good experience with AWS infrastructure and services
• Shell scripting or automation tools
• CI/CD pipelines
• Production Support (24x7 incident handling, root cause analysis)
• Strong documentation & communication skills
