Senior Level | Solution Delivery & Production Support

We are looking for an experienced Senior Integration Developer to join a 12-month engagement focused on enterprise solution delivery and production support.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET, API and integration development, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, Agile delivery, technical design, and production support.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting reliable enterprise integration solutions while maintaining high standards of quality, security, governance, and documentation.

• Design and develop enterprise integration solutions using C#/.NET.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integration components.
• Build scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
• Perform unit, integration, and functional testing.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.

• Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Create and maintain UML and solution architecture diagrams.
• Translate business and technical requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical architecture and design discussions.
• Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Work with Azure DevOps for source control, work management, builds, and releases.
• Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate deployment and release processes.
• Support application deployments across environments.
• Troubleshoot build and deployment issues.

• Provide application and integration support for production environments.
• Investigate and resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines.
• Support critical incidents and work toward resolution within four hours.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production runbooks and support documentation.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, business analysts, DevOps teams, and stakeholders.
• Track tasks, requirements, defects, and deliverables using Jira.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through deployment.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Prepare release notes, deployment documentation, and operational runbooks.
• Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Ensure technical and operational knowledge is properly documented.

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET

The role includes production-support responsibilities. The candidate will be expected to:

• Respond to incidents within agreed SLA timelines.
• Support critical incidents and work toward resolution within four hours.
• Perform structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Document incidents and resolutions.
• Follow established change-management, security, and compliance processes.
• Ensure production changes are properly tested, approved, documented, and traceable.
