We are a leading Supply Chain Technology company providing Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and logistics technology solutions to enterprise customers across manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, and distribution industries.
Our in-house WMS & TMS platform integrates with the client's ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and other enterprise applications to enable seamless inventory management, order fulfillment, inbound and outbound operations, transportation execution, and business visibility across the supply chain.
We manage large-scale integrations between client ERP systems, warehouses, transportation partners, carriers, and customer platforms, processing millions of transactions through APIs, middleware, and automation frameworks.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Integration Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of integrations between Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), e-commerce applications, and customer systems.
The role requires strong expertise in supply chain processes, enterprise integrations, APIs, stakeholder management, and solution consulting. You will own integration projects from scoping through go-live, work directly with clients, and guide junior consultants to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integration projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Conduct client workshops, integration scoping, API mapping, and solution discussions.
- Design and implement integrations between WMS, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, Unicommerce, Vinculum etc.), TMS, carriers, vendors, and customer platforms.
- Prepare and maintain API specifications, field mappings, process flows, and solution documents.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes.
- Monitor integration health and operational performance through dashboards and reporting.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and client teams.
- Manage project timelines, risks, escalations, and client communication.
- Mentor team members and establish best practices for integration delivery and documentation.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and AI adoption within integration and support functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in enterprise application integrations or supply chain technology.
- Proven experience leading WMS–ERP integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP integrations and exposure to Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor, or similar ERP platforms.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics processes.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, EDI, and middleware platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Körber/HighJump, SAP EWM, or Oracle WMS.
- Exposure to integration monitoring and observability platforms.
AI & Automation
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Kiro, or similar platforms to improve productivity and solution delivery.
- Ability to leverage AI for documentation, process mapping, requirement analysis, test case creation, log analysis, Inventory reconciliation, testing or workflow automation, SQL generation, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of AI Agents and experience in automating business processes within enterprise integrations and supply chain operations.
