About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Integration Architect – webMethods to lead the integration architecture for a complex enterprise transformation program involving 20+ heterogeneous systems and multiple business domains.

This is not a single-system integration role and not limited to developing webMethods flows.

You will be responsible for designing and governing an enterprise integration ecosystem connecting applications across government and private organizations, real estate platforms, mobile applications, enterprise systems, devices, APIs and external third-party services.

What You Will Own

Design and govern the end-to-end enterprise integration architecture using webMethods.
Integrate 20+ heterogeneous systems, including enterprise applications, government/private platforms, real estate systems, mobile applications, devices, APIs and third-party services.
Define integration patterns, interface standards, API strategy, data transformation, orchestration, security and error-handling mechanisms.
Establish the integration roadmap and technical approach across multiple project phases.
Work closely with Solution Architecture, Mendix, DevOps/Cloud, QA, BA and client technology teams.
Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders and external system owners.
Identify dependencies, integration risks and data inconsistencies across interconnected systems.
Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, maintainable and operationally resilient.

Data Migration & Transformation

A strong understanding of enterprise data migration is essential.

The candidate should have experience in:

Migrating data between legacy and modern systems
Data mapping and transformation
Source-to-target analysis
Data cleansing and validation
ETL / migration workflows
Reconciliation and data-quality checks
Handling large-volume migration
Cutover and rollback planning
Post-migration validation

Experience migrating data from one enterprise platform to another while maintaining business integrity and traceability will be highly valued.

IBM FileNet / ECM

Experience integrating IBM FileNet / Enterprise Content Management platforms is strongly preferred.

The candidate should understand integration of:

Documents and attachments
Metadata
Content repositories
FileNet APIs / REST / CMIS
Document lifecycle and versioning
Security and access controls

What We're Looking For

8–12+ years of enterprise integration experience.
Strong hands-on and architectural experience with webMethods.
Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale multi-system integration programs.
Experience integrating 20+ systems or complex enterprise ecosystems, rather than isolated point-to-point integrations.
Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, APIs, JSON, XML, messaging and data transformation.
Experience with enterprise data migration and system-to-system transformation.
Experience working across multiple technology platforms and external organizations.
IBM FileNet / ECM integration experience is a strong advantage.
Experience with cloud-based integration and distributed systems is desirable.
Strong client-facing communication and technical leadership capability.

…and design one coherent integration architecture rather than treating every connection as an isolated interface.

The person should be able to understand the business problem, evaluate integration options, define the architecture, establish standards, guide engineering teams and ensure successful end-to-end delivery.

This is an Enterprise Integration Architecture role — not a webMethods-only development position.
