Summary: The Senior Integration Application Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting enterprise-level integration platforms, specifically transitioning from Talend to Dell Boomi. This role ensures the stability, performance, and scalability of integration applications in a complex IT environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support and manage integration platforms (Dell Boomi) in an L2 environment.
- Handle incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure high system availability and performance as per SLA.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors.
- Participate in migration and transition activities (Talend → Boomi).
- Monitor integration flows and proactively address failures.
- Improve support processes and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Dell Boomi (must-have).
- Prior exposure to Talend or other integration tools.
- Experience in incident & problem management (ITIL preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience with APIs, middleware, and integration architecture.
- ITIL Certification - 4.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Process automation or scripting experience.
