Kushi Consultancy is hiring a Senior Instrumentation Design Engineer / Instrumentation Engineer / I&C Engineer for a leading EPC client.

Key Responsibilities

• Basic & Detailed Engineering of Instrumentation, Control & Automation systems.
• Prepare Instrument Index, I/O List, I/O Calculations, Datasheets, Specifications, Control Philosophy & FDS.
• Engineering of Pressure, Flow, Level & Temperature Instruments.
• Selection/specification of Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Analyzers, Gas Detection & Belt Weighing Systems.
• PLC/DCS, Industrial Networks, UPS Sizing & Control System Engineering.
• Vendor document review, FAT/SAT, Commissioning & Troubleshooting.

Required Experience

• 10+ years in Instrumentation / I&C / Automation Engineering.
• Experience in Steel Plants, Mining, CHP, RMHS, Ports or Bulk Material Handling.
• EPC / Engineering Consultancy / Design Centre experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IEC / ISA / IS / NEC standards.

Qualification

M.Tech / BE / B.Tech / Diploma / ITI – Instrumentation / Electronics / Instrumentation & Control.
