Review and approve vendor drawings and data sheets.
Experience in attending Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Provide construction support including field queries, installation guidance, and as-built verification.
Support commissioning and start-up activities for instrumentation and control systems.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements in all instrumentation and control engineering activities.
Additional Skills
Extensive knowledge and experience in instrumentation engineering, including instrumentation design, control systems, DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD, F&G systems, and safety instrumented systems (SIS).
Proficiency in engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, SPI-INTOOLS, AVEVA - E3D, SP3D, DCS systems (Yokogawa, Honeywell, Emerson, ABB, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.).and SCADA systems.
Proficiency in instrument selection, sizing, and design tools. Familiarity with hazardous area classification, intrinsically safe (IS) and explosion-proof installations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Familiarity with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) standards and regulations is a plus.
