Senior Instructional designer

• Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development skills
• Instructional Design and Training & Development experience
• Hands-on experience of Instructional design tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Synthesia, Captivate, Epiplex, etc.
• Understanding of graphic designing tools such as canva, adobe illustrator, envato, create studio, etc.
• Knowledge of instructional design framework and methodology, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick model, etc.
• Knowledge of Learning Management systems
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Understanding of e-learning and online learning platforms
• Bachelor's degree

BPO experience preferred
