Senior Instructional Designer - Technical Courses

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Instructional Designer to join our Design team. This

role is pivotal in creating high-quality, engaging video-based learning materials on technology, data,

AI, and digital operations. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders

to develop impactful learning experiences.

Essential Job Functions

• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to understand program scope.

• Own end-to-end video development with quality as the benchmark.

• Develop strong subject matter understanding and ensure content quality.

• Review final outputs and identify roadblocks early during scrum calls.

• Create storyboards, videos, eLearning presentations, projects, trainer guides, and audio scripts.

• Suggest innovative ideas to improve processes.

• Research and apply modern instructional design trends and technologies.

Essential & Critical Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer.
• Exposure to technologies such as Java, C/C++, Python, AWS, Azure, or RDBMS
• Experience developing video-based training modules.
• Experience creating instructor-led training materials.
• Experience developing Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 animation-based learning content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Experience creating storyboards, audio scripts, projects, and study materials.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and cultures.
• Ability to thrive in agile and evolving environments.

Good to Have Knowledge

• Basic technology and coding knowledge.

• Understanding of AI, Cloud, Blockchain, and related technologies.

• Knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Canva, or similar tools.
