Location : Hyderabad ( Hybrid onsite is a must) ONLY LOCALS TO HYDERABAD.

Notice : Immediate to 30 days

Experience : 15+ years (Team leading experience is a must with hands on technical ID experience)

Salary on Client payroll Direct – 30 LPA Fixed.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learning Instructional Designer Lead to drive the quality, consistency, and scalability of learning assets across the organization. This role will act as the design authority for instructional content, ensuring all learning materials are learner-centred, accessible, engaging, and aligned with organizational learning standards.

The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a large instructional design community, establish best practices, oversee quality assurance processes, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning experiences at scale.

Experience & Skills

• Strong experience designing learning assets across multiple formats.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and accessibility standards.
• Proven experience leading instructional design teams or communities.
• Experience establishing quality assurance and governance processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and mentor designers effectively.
• Experience working in corporate learning or large-scale learning environments.
