Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients, SMEs, and internal teams to analyze learning needs and define effective training solutions
- Design and develop learner-centric content, including storyboards, assessments, simulations, and scenario-based modules
- Lead the end-to-end instructional design lifecyclefrom content structuring to final delivery and quality assurance
- Apply instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Gagns Nine Events
- Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles and client branding
- Work with designers and developers using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond
- Manage timelines, reviews, and documentation independently
- Mentor junior team members and maintain content quality standards
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage iterations and feedback
Required Skills & Experience- 46 years of experience in corporate e-learning instructional design
- Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Adobe Captivate, MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Good to Have- Client/stakeholder handling experience
- Exposure to global or compliance training projects
- Experience mentoring junior team members
