How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)

Delta's Digital Experience Insights team is seeking a Senior Insights Specialist who is analytical, can clearly communicate, and has strong attention to detail. This role will play a critical part in leading the transition from Adobe Analytics to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and advancing the team's analytics capabilities.

Primary Functions

  • Assist the team in their migration from Adobe Analytics to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) by ensuring data quality and continuity of reporting
  • Partner closely with external consulting teams to transfer knowledge, assume ownership of the implementation, and establish internal best practices
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, cross-functional reporting environments within CJA
  • Define and govern key data elements (dimensions, metrics, calculated fields) to ensure consistency, usability, and alignment with business needs
  • Develop and maintain clear, structured documentation of data definitions, reporting environments, and usage guidelines
  • Enable cross-functional teams by providing self-service resources to improve adoption and effective use of CJA
  • Provide direction on new analytics implementations, ensuring tracking designs align with CJA data models, schemas, and governance standards

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or BE / B Tech or ME / M Tech, preferably in a technical or scientific field
  • 3+ years of work experience in Business, Marketing, Operations Research, Finance or Economics required.
  • Possessing intellectual curiosity
  • High attention to detail, solution-oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Excellent understanding of schema structures, data types, and attribution models
  • Excellent presentation/communication/storytelling skills are required
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with a migration from Adobe Analytics to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is strongly preferred.
  • Airline experience is strongly preferred. Prior experience with Delta or other airline or Hospitality data a plus
  • Self-motivated and take pride in building great products for key stakeholders.
  • Resourceful in finding the data and tools you need to get the job done.
  • Not afraid to ask for help when you need it or help teammates when they need a boost.
