Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through proactive sales engagement and relationship management.
Prepare accurate quotations, pricing proposals, and sales documentation in a timely manner.
Handle customer enquiries on products, pricing, order status, availability, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Support project quotations, tenders, and contract renewals to drive business growth.
Coordinate with Product Management, Procurement, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and issue resolution.
Negotiate pricing within approved guidelines while maintaining profitability.
Monitor and follow up on quotations to improve conversion rates and maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the system.
Analyse customer purchasing trends and recommend strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior Inside Sales team members, sharing best practices and supporting their development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and service standards.
Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Customer Service experience in a B2B environment within the technology, electrical, industrial, or distribution industry.
Proven experience managing customer accounts and supporting sales growth.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Hands-on experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience using ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) is an advantage.
A proactive, results-driven team player with the ability to work independently.
