Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic engagement with customers across business and consumer channels. This role demands a strong commercial mindset, product understanding, and the ability to turn inquiries into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive inbound and outbound sales activities across B2B, B2C, and D2C segments.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into active business opportunities.
  • Present tailored solutions to clients by understanding their requirements and recommending appropriate steel or construction materials.
  • Generate and follow up on quotes, proposals, and order confirmations to ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with the operations/logistics team to ensure smooth delivery and post-sale support.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to stay ahead in the market.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in steel, building materials, or industrial products.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and digital communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
