Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage the Inside Sales team for Mr. Milk. The candidate should be capable of handling the sales team, motivating team members, monitoring daily calling activities, and ensuring proper follow-up systems are maintained. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable handling CRM/software systems and generating sales performance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage the Inside Sales Executive team.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Maintain proper calling systems and sales processes.
- Train and guide team members for better communication and conversion.
- Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales updates and team productivity.
- Handle CRM/software related to sales operations efficiently.
- Ensure proper customer database management and follow-up tracking.
- Improve team discipline, productivity, and sales conversion ratios.
Required Skills:
