About Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Senior Inside Sales Executive to join our Pune team. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, leadership mindset, and proven experience in closing high-value sales in a target-driven environment.

As a Senior Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by counseling prospective learners, converting qualified leads, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Role: Senior Inside Sales Executive B2C Sales

Location: Pune

Roles and Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students via calls, video sessions, and follow-ups to understand career goals and learning requirements.

Provide expert consultation and recommend suitable upskilling programs.

Handle high-intent leads from CRM and convert them into successful enrollments.

Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly revenue targets.

Demonstrate strong objection handling and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

Maintain accurate lead updates and sales activities within the CRM system.

Build long-term relationships with learners to drive referrals and repeat opportunities.

Mentor junior sales executives by sharing best practices and closing strategies.

Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.

  • Provide market feedback and insights to improve product positioning and sales strategy.

Qualification

  • 15 years of experience in Inside Sales / EdTech Sales / B2C Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle high-value sales conversations.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics.
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
  • Leadership mindset with mentoring capability.
