About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer to manage and support our clients IT infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, endpoint management, networking, cloud platforms, and security solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and operational stability of client infrastructure while providing L2/L3 support and troubleshooting.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Management

• Manage and administer Windows Server environments.
• Monitor server health, performance, and availability.
• Perform server patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Support storage and backup infrastructure.

Microsoft Environment

• Administration of:
• Active Directory
• Group Policy (GPO)
• DNS
• DHCP
• File & Print Services
• User account provisioning and access management.
• Microsoft 365 administration.

Endpoint & Desktop Support

• Provide L2/L3 support for desktops, laptops, and end users.
• Troubleshoot operating system, hardware, and application issues.
• Manage endpoint security and antivirus solutions.

Network Support

• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
• Support network devices including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for issue resolution.

Security & Compliance

• Support firewall administration (Fortinet, SonicWall, Palo Alto, etc.).
• Monitor security alerts and coordinate remediation activities.
• Support vulnerability management and patch compliance.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and SOPs.

Cloud Support

• Basic administration and monitoring of:
• AWS
• Microsoft Azure
• User access management and resource monitoring.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Monitor backup jobs and ensure successful completion.
• Conduct periodic restore tests.
• Support DR activities and documentation.

Salary Range

CTC: 5–6 Lakhs per annum
