We are seeking
Senior Infrastructure Specialists to support
Modern Workplace platforms for global enterprise clients. Work
onsite as subject matter experts for M365, SharePoint, Windows 11 support, proactive incident prevention, and change delivery across Hyderabad and UK hub sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor platform health proactively to prevent incidents and disruptions
- Perform daily housekeeping, health checks, service requests
- Provide professional IT support with first-time fixes and empathy
- Drive root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues
- Create PowerShell automation scripts for repetitive tasks
- Plan/implement production changes through root-to-live environments
- Coach/mentor junior specialists and act as technical escalation point
Required Technical Skills
- Microsoft 365 Suite: SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016, security/tenant management
- OS: Windows 11 support and troubleshooting
- Automation: PowerShell scripting for task automation
- Governance Tools: AvePoint, Sharegate (SharePoint management)
- Service Management: ServiceNow (incident/problem/change)
- IT Support: Client-facing support across remote/office users
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Monitoring: Dynatrace (monitor updates), Nexthink data analysis
- Atlassian: JIRA, Confluence for project tracking
- Advanced M365: Evergreen change implementation from Microsoft communications
