Senior Infrastructure and Network Engineer

Job Description:

• The CIS unit is seeking experienced infrastructure and platform professionals to manage and support enterprise grade systems across cloud networking middleware and IT governance domains
• Candidates must bring strong technical depth combined with ITIL aligned operational practices

• Gitlab Pipelines and Terraform Ansible infrastructure as code and CI CD
• AWS and Azure Cloud provisioning monitoring cost management
• Network Services Engineer
• BGP OSPF VLANs STP Port Channels ACLs NAT DHCP DNS routing and switching
• UC VOIP InfoBlox Scrum SDWAN unified communications and network automation
• F5 BIG IP strong hands on knowledge for load balancing and application delivery
• Java Cloud Application Support Engineer
• Java SpringBoot AWS Openshift application hosting and runtime environments
• Splunk Dynatrace monitoring and observability tools
• Mainframe knowledge and job scheduler experience
• Net Production Support Engineer
• Net development and SQL
• Production support with ITIL framework adherence
• Incident change and problem management processes
• ITIL Problem Manager Governance Lead
• ITIL Problem Management practices root cause analysis known error database
• Governance Oversight audit readiness policy compliance controls
• Process and Procedure Management SOP creation and process improvement

Additional Responsibilities:

• Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Engineering or relevant field
• ITIL v3 v4 certification preferred
• Experience in 24x7 enterprise infrastructure environments
• Strong documentation and process management skills
• Exposure to cloud native and hybrid infrastructure setups
