We're Hiring | Senior IT Recruiter (CAD or PLM with Software Technologies)

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Technology Hiring (including Niche skills).

• Drive end-to-end hiring for CAD or PLM with Software Technologies

• Must be strong in conducting initial screening round on call.

• Should be able to handle multiple requirements and work around on Targets.

• Should be aware of using various search on job portal like X-ray, Boolean searches, google searches, etc.,

• Excellent communication skills & salary negotiation skills.

• Experience in Stakeholder Management

Who we're looking for:

Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated hiring needs.

• Ensuring adherence to the laid down recruitment process and pushing for completion of series of activities within the given timeline.

• Using multiple sources of recruitment to get good quality candidates on board for the screening process.

• Making note of the improvement points and taking corrective actions on the same.

• Maintaining regular contact and communication with selected candidates using standard scripts to proactively provide support for onboarding.
