Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced and result-driven Senior IT Recruiters based out of Hyderabad, with strong expertise in corporate IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling end-to-end recruitment, vendor management, and acting as a Point of Contact (POC) for hiring stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for corporate IT roles (mid to senior level positions).
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other premium channels
- Handle stakeholder communication and act as a POC for hiring managers and internal teams.
- Manage and coordinate with multiple vendors/consultancies for candidate pipeline.
- Screen, shortlist, and validate candidates based on technical and business requirements.
- Ensure quick turnaround time and closure of positions within deadlines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and pipeline updates.
- Drive offer negotiations and closures effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Corporate IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in vendor management and coordination.
- Proven experience working as a POC for clients or internal stakeholders.
- Expertise in hiring for IT roles (Developers, Architects, Cloud, Data, etc.).
- Strong sourcing skills using Different portals and other networking platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large corporate organizations.
- Prior experience handling niche hiring.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
