This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Information Technology Recruiter based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, sourcing and hiring top talent for technical roles, and coordinating recruitment activities. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing job descriptions, screening candidates, and managing the interview process to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Skills in Hiring and developing job descriptions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
