Role : Senior IT Manager
Exp Required: 14- 16 Years
Education Required: BE & MBA IT/ Operations
Work Location: Pune (Baner 5 days WFO)
Azure, AWS, ITIL, DevSecOps certification will be added advantage
Must have skill:
- IT Infrastructure & Cloud Management (Azure/AWS + Servers + Network)
- Strong hands-on experience in infrastructure, server management, cloud platforms, and network systems
- Includes data centers, virtualization (VMware), and hybrid cloud environments
- Leadership & Team ManagementProven ability to build, lead, and scale teams (10–15+ members)
- Strong people management, mentoring, and organizational structuring skills
- IT Operations + Security & Compliance
- Experience managing IT operations with exposure to SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS
- Understanding of SLAs, incident management, high availability, and disaster recovery
Job Responsibities:
- Define and drive the multi-year infrastructure roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 10 – 15 + engineers and managers
- Define org structure, hiring plans, and career development frameworks
- Own infrastructure budget planning, forecasting, and cost optimization (FinOps)
- Drive cloud adoption, hybrid/multi-cloud strategy, and data center consolidation
- Represent infrastructure at executive and board-level discussions
- Responsible for managing overall infrastructure day to day operations
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all infrastructure systems
- Own SLAs, SLOs, and incident management frameworks
- Oversee disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP)
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLA negotiations
- Provide leadership in planning and managing IT operations, systems/ server administration and network operations
- Ensure team performance and see that SLA's are met
- Manage IT resource requirements to ensure appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands
- Provision in close cooperation with third party service provider an IT infrastructure that is suitable for the group to access and use their business applications
- Interface with business managers to define infrastructure support initiatives and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in design, implementation end-to-end administration of cloud infrastructure
- Perform routine operations, ensuring maximum system availability through close monitoring of network systems, system events, communication links to other systems, storage area connectivity and periodic review of system resources, including CPU utilization, disk usage, memory pools, etc.
