Roles and Responsibilities:

Work with business and project teams to gather and define requirements, identify constraints, plan scopes and deployments

Managing and designing complex IT infrastructure solutions to help businesses achieve objectives

Recommend architectural improvements, design solutions and integration solutions for Data Centres and Cloud Environments

Deploy / Manage the enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud & Network implementation/operation

Design/Develop/Maintain company policies, technical procedures, and standards for preserving the confidentiality and integrity of company data

Plan and maintain the complete IT budget

Manage complete servers local/data centres/cloud

Manage network devices firewall, load balancers, switches, and routers

Deployment of web applications/ projects and solutions on the test/production environment.

Manage ISP & coordinating with multiple ISPs to ensure uptime and effective service

Patch and Security management for all components such as Desktop/Laptops/Servers/Network Devices in the organization.

Process optimization/monitoring and implement automation processes for backups, monitoring and alerting

Ensuring backup and resiliency for the complete organization infrastructure, creating/maintaining, and executing backup and disaster recovery plans

Maintaining the company wide IT inventory

Liaising with internal auditors and GRC teams to ensure appropriate security and IT controls are implemented and maintained in the IT infrastructure

Managing and working as per the complete ITSM framework, helpdesk, incident, change and release management

Vendor Management, Procurement of its hardware like server, desktop network devices & laptops. Maintaining AMCs and contracts with Data centres and cloud service providers Candidate Requirement: Education: BE - Tech/ Computer Science Work Experience: 14+ years (Team Management mandatory) Candidate from Software Product/ SAAS domain preferred Technical Skills:

RHEL, Web servers (IIS/Apache/JBoss/Tomcat/Nginx)
