We are looking for an experienced technology senior manager to lead a key strategic transformation project and manage a high-performing IT team. This role combines project leadership, stakeholder management, and digital transformation delivery, requiring someone who can successfully drive complex initiatives from planning through execution while aligning business objectives with technology-enabled solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, project sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of organisational transformation initiatives while fostering a collaborative and results-driven project environment
Salary Range
Up to S$8,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
Project Leaders
- Lead and manage a major organisation-wide transformation project from initiation to implementations
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and governance structures
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure project outcomes align with organisational goals, business requirements, and user needs
- Drive project reporting, steering committee updates, and executive-level communications
Digital Transformation
- Support the implementation of digital technologies, automation solutions, and business process improvements
- Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and service enhancements
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical solutions that create measurable business value
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and project discussions with key stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships, project deliverables, contracts, and service expectations
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across multiple stakeholder groups
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support team members in project execution, problem-solving, and professional development
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives and timelines
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure project governance frameworks, documentation, and reporting requirements are main
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change management activities
- Support compliance with organisational policies, security requirements, and regulatory obligations where applicable
- Implement best practices in project management and delivery methodologies
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, business transformation, or technology-enabled change initiatives
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading project teams or managing direct reports
- Proven track record in delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional team
- Experience managing external vendors, consultants, and implementation
Project Management Expertise
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and change management practices
- Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and delivery outcomes
Technical & Business Knowledge
- Exposure to enterprise systems, digital transformation initiatives, automation, or business process improvement projects
- Understanding of cloud technologies, data analytics, or modern workplace solutions would be advantageous
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred
