Job Title: Senior IT Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Manager with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). This role will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML-driven solutions while managing IT infrastructure, teams, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise in AI/ML technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization's AI/ML strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI solutions
- Manage IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and enterprise applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, business) to identify AI use cases
- Oversee data pipelines, data governance, and model lifecycle management
- Drive automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making systems
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data privacy standards
- Mentor and manage a team of IT professionals, data scientists, and engineers
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies in AI, ML, and cloud computing
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 8–15 years of IT experience with at least 3–5 years in AI/ML roles
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and NLP
- Hands-on experience with tools like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices
- Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and big data technologies
- Proven experience in managing IT teams and large-scale technology projects
- Familiarity with APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced analytics
- Certifications in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) or AI/ML
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
