Senior Information Technology Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Lead functional solution design and project estimations.
• Manage ERP enhancements and cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate functional testing, UAT, and user training.
• Provide advanced application support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Drive process improvements and participate across the SDLC.
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to IT standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years, Associate's degree with 8+ years, or 10+ years of relevant ERP functional experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, SDLC, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with QAD ERP (Standard/Enterprise Edition, EE Financials); QAD Adaptive Cloud is an advantage.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
