Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Informatica MDM Developer, based in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise MDM solutions in a Life Sciences environment, with a strong focus on migrating existing Informatica MDM implementations from On-Prem to SaaS/cloud. This role requires deep technical expertise in Informatica MDM components, strong understanding of Life Sciences master data (HCP/HCO, Product, Supplier), and the ability to work closely with business, data governance, and compliance stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and audit-ready master data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Informatica MDM solutions for Life Sciences domains (HCP/HCO, Product, Material, Supplier, Reference data).
• Lead/contribute to On-Prem to SaaS migration initiatives, including assessment, target design, migration execution, and cutover support.
• Implement and optimize match-merge, survivorship, hierarchy management, and stewardship workflows.
• Configure and maintain MDM Hub, Data Director, and SIF/Business Entity Services.
• Integrate MDM with upstream/downstream systems using APIs, ETL/ELT, and batch/event interfaces.
• Partner with business and data governance teams to define golden record strategy and data standards.
• Support SIT/UAT, migration rehearsals, go-live, hypercare, and performance tuning.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and operational handover documents.

Must Have Skills

• 5-10 years of strong hands-on Informatica MDM development experience.
• Expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, Data Director, Match/Merge, SIF/Business Entity Services.
• Experience with IICS.
• Proven experience in at least one Informatica MDM On-Prem to SaaS/cloud migration.
• Experience integrating Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) with MDM workflows.
• Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
• Life Sciences domain experience, especially HCP/HCO and product master data.
• Understanding of governance, stewardship, auditability, and compliance-sensitive data handling.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
