Job Description

The Senior Data Catalog Developer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise data catalog solutions using Informatica IDMC CDGC. The role focuses on metadata management, lineage creation, and data governance to ensure accurate and consistent data discovery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Informatica IDMC CDGC (Cloud Data Governance & Catalog) solutions.
  • Perform metadata harvesting, lineage creation, and classification to enable enterprise-wide data governance.
  • Collaborate with business and data teams to define, implement, and maintain data catalog standards.
  • Manage glossary terms, metadata definitions, and classification frameworks for consistent data understanding.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data cataloging and metadata management issues.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance policies and best practices.
  • Document metadata workflows, lineage diagrams, and data catalog processes.
