About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 RPA Expert with 7–8 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation and enterprise ERP process automation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, administering, and supporting automation solutions using Infor M3 RPA. The role will involve building scalable automation workflows, supporting production environments, troubleshooting issues, and working within a DevOps-driven delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Infor M3 RPA.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation across Infor M3 workflows.
• Build scalable, reusable, and reliable automation components.
• Automate Infor M3 business processes and transactions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize RPA solutions in production.
• Manage bot scheduling, execution, exception handling, and operational support.
• Support workflow maintenance and production issue resolution.
• Follow DevOps practices, including CI/CD, version control, deployment, and release management.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, developers, and technical teams.
• Ensure automation solutions meet business, security, performance, and reliability requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–8 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infor M3 RPA Development and Administration.
• Proven experience automating Infor M3 business processes and transactions.
• Experience in RPA production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, version control, and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of APIs, Web Services, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based ERP ecosystems and enterprise integrations.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or supply-chain environments.
• Experience working with enterprise automation and integration platforms.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
