Life at ConvergenSEE
We are Opportunity Creators.
A young, creative, passionate, and slightly crazy team building a MarTech firm that brings brands, content, creators, technology, data, and customer experience together through our CHNC platform. For us, creating opportunities means opening doors where people usually see walls. It means helping brands find new ways to grow, helping creators find the right platforms, helping ideas find the right direction, and helping our own people find the space to learn, build, experiment, and become better every day.
Life at ConvergenSEE is fast, loud, full of ideas, and never boring. Some days are packed with briefs, brainstorms, deadlines, campaigns, edits, meetings, and quick calls that are never really quick. Other days turn into celebrations, team banter, last-minute ideas, inside jokes, and conversations that somehow become the next big thing. We like people who bring energy to the room, ownership to their work, and heart to everything they do. People who can think, create, question, learn, laugh, and still show up when things get chaotic. This is a place for people who want to build, not just belong. People who enjoy the madness of a growing team, the pace of a creative workplace, and the satisfaction of seeing ideas come alive. We work hard, show up for each other, and yes, if you can wine and dine with us after a long day, you will probably fit right in.
At ConvergenSEE, opportunity is not just what we create for brands. It is what we create for our people, our partners, our platforms, and every idea that walks through the do
