Senior Industrial Engineer (Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity, workflow efficiency, and cost performance.
• Develop and maintain capacity models for manpower, storage space, equipment, and material flow to support operational requirements and growth.
• Lead industrial engineering initiatives and improvement projects, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of targeted outcomes.
• Conduct facility layout, time, and cost analysis studies while designing and implementing automation and material handling solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform process evaluations, simulation modelling, and post-implementation reviews to optimize warehouse performance and support value-added customer solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in 3PL
