Reporting To: Manager / HOD – Audit & Implementation

Location: Kolkata (Kalighat) / Client Locations

Experience: 1-5 Years in Implementation, Auditing, Process 

Role Purpose:

To lead and monitor end-to-end implementation of applicable standards across assigned client projects, ensuring effective project execution, documentation, training, audit preparedness, client coordination, team productivity and timely project completion. The role will also be responsible for supporting revenue generation through successful project completion and client satisfaction.

8. Handle customer complaints, implementation challenges and escalations effectively.

10. Monitor project progress against planned timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

Qualification: Btech

Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Knowledge on Consulting or Standards Compliance
