Senior Implementation Engineer

Job Title: Senior Implementation Analyst

Experience: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute implementation activities across lifecycle phases

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and

ensure accurate system configurations and rule setups

• Configure product modules based on client workflows and requirements

• Validate configurations through UAT support and scenario testing and troubleshoot

configuration issues during implementation and post go-live

• Work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, customer

success, and support to drive smooth implementations

• Identify and escalate risks, resolve issues proactively, and communicate status

updates to stakeholders regularly

• Foster strong client relationships to support retention and identify opportunities for

upselling or expansion

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field

• Hands-on experience in implementations of SaaS products, preferably in healthcare

or healthtech sectors

• Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards (HL7, FHIR, X12)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service

• Willingness to work overlapping time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems (EHR, EMR)
