Job Description

Position: Senior Implementation Consultant CRM Data Migration

Location:Hyderabad (8:00PM to 5:00 AM IST)

Work Type: Full-Time

Experience: 8+ Years

PETADATA is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant CRM Data Migration with strong experience in CRM implementation, configuration, customization, and business process optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities

CRM Implementation & Migration

  • Configure and build CRM migration use cases across platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, and other CRM systems.
  • Work with CRM objects/modules, custom fields, record types, relationships, associations, attachments, notes, activities, and historical data.
  • Translate real-world customer requirements and CRM scenarios into comprehensive migration test cases.
  • Configure source-to-target mappings, transformations, and migration logic within the data migration platform.
  • Develop field mappings, transformation rules, migration plans, and validation criteria based on customer requirements.

Testing & Data Quality

  • Execute trial and production migrations and validate results in the target CRM.
  • Perform record-count validation, field-level validation, relationship validation, deduplication, and data-integrity checks.
  • Identify and troubleshoot migration issues such as field-type mismatches, picklist/option-set differences, API limitations, duplicate records, character encoding, and large-volume data handling.
  • Develop structured test cases and validation checklists to ensure migration accuracy and completeness.
  • Document migration findings and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve migration capabilities and reliability.

Customer Delivery & Implementation

  • Work directly with customers to scope, plan, and execute CRM migration projects.
  • Understand customer source and target systems, data models, data volumes, business requirements, and migration success criteria.
  • Lead trial migrations, review results with customers, incorporate feedback, and prepare for production cutover.
  • Execute production migrations, validate cutover results, and provide go-live support.
  • Manage data cleansing, deduplication, transformation, and relationship preservation requirements throughout the engagement.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact during implementation, managing expectations, timelines, project communication, and delivery status.
  • Train customer teams on validating migrated data and using the migration platform where appropriate.

Documentation & Delivery Standards

  • Create and maintain clear migration plans, mapping specifications, validation reports, and handover/runbook documentation.
  • Develop reusable migration use cases, mapping templates, validation checklists, and implementation assets.
  • Establish and document delivery best practices to improve the speed, consistency, and quality of future migrations.
  • Mentor junior implementation consultants and contribute to improving team delivery standards.

Note: Should be able to work independently and work in USA time zones

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in information security, GRC, or security compliance, preferably within SaaS/software environments.
  • Hands-on experience leading SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 certifications end to end, including gap assessments, controls, evidence, audits, and remediation.
  • Strong expertise in SaaS security, multi-tenant security, cloud security, IAM, encryption, data segregation, and audit logging.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and the cloud shared-responsibility model.
  • Experience securing on-premise/customer-deployed software, including hardening, secure deployment, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of GRC, risk management, control frameworks, ISMS, audits, and continuous compliance.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and customer data privacy requirements.
  • Experience with vulnerability management, penetration testing, incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery, and vendor risk management.
  • Strong skills in security policies, compliance documentation, audit evidence, risk assessments, and control management.
  • Ability to work effectively with auditors, engineers, customers, vendors, and executives.
  • Strong customer security and trust experience, including security questionnaires, RFPs, customer audits, and vendor assessments.
  • Highly self-directed, with the ability to build and manage a security and compliance program independently.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or Lead Audito

Education

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
