Position Overview

We are looking for a professional with Product Data Management and/or Product Lifecycle Management (PDM/PLM) experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments.

As an Implementation Consultant, this individual will work directly with customers to understand their true engineering and business needs in Manufacturing. Based on that understanding, this individual will define an overall approach that is based on Autodesk PDM/PLM products


Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and colleagues in all phases of PDM/PLM projects (from business development, analysis, design to implementation)

  • Implement solutions for global key customers from the Automotive and Manufacturing businessleveragingthe full bandwidth of Autodesk product design and manufacturing solutions

  • Map out implementation strategy to meet customerneedsbased on Autodesk product portfolio (PDM/PLM)

  • Execute PDM/ PLM system implementation delivery tasks (configuration, scripting, deployment/rollout, testing, etc.)

  • Produce written documentation of solutions and implementation activities

  • Build problem-solving partnerships with clients and colleagues

  • Process definition, planning, and implementation ofnew technologiesand workflows

  • Provide coaching, change management to customers (external & partners)

  • Provides innovate solutions to meet customer and industry challenges based on Autodesk product solutions

  • Lead implementation consulting engagements with customers

  • Apply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflows

  • Guide customers in the best application of Autodesk products define and document detailed use cases

  • Configure solutions/workflows based on product capabilities and customer requirements

  • Define migration approach of customer data and standards into Autodesk products

  • Collaborates with customers (external), partners and internal stakeholders consulting groups (internal) to resolve technical issues

  • Provides feedback to service line management and product development groups on client experience for product and process improvements

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to customers to drive adoption and consumption

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to partners to enable the scalable delivery of packages service offerings

  • Provide input to sales and proposal presentations andidentifyadditionalproduct/services opportunities in customer organization

  • Contributes task estimation and task description in Scopes of Work as well as scope clarification with customers

Minimum Qualifications

  • Extensive experience of activities, tasks and practices, and tools associated with analysis of a variety of work processes and associated document and information flow

  • Advanced knowledge of Product Data Management/ Product Lifecycle Management industry needs and workflows

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer/Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering

  • Prior experience in migrating PDM/PLM systems to higher versions

  • Prior experience in migrating projects between PDM/PLM technologies

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and their rationale

  • Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally in a multinational ecosystem

  • Experience in the use of AutodeskVault ,Enterprise Add-on for Autodesk Vault (VAO)

  • Experienceor knowledgein the useAutodeskFusion 360 Manage,FlexSim

  • Experience in the use of Inventorand its competitivesoftware in the market

  • 5+years of Product Design and Manufacturing field experience

  • Admin level knowledge of SQL and scripting experience
