Job Summary:

MARS COSMETICS is seeking a talented Senior Illustrator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in illustration, with a focus on packaging materials and packaging design. This role requires a creative individual who can translate concepts into visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original illustrations and designs for packaging materials
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to understand design requirements
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for packaging design
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor packaging designs
• Ensure all designs meet regulatory and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in illustration and packaging design
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in packaging and illustration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong illustration skills with a focus on packaging design
• Experience in creating visual concepts and designs for cosmetic products
• Knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout design
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
