Senior iD Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our commercial Analytics & AI team and support our Intelligent Demand (iD) program, an analytics-led sales and marketing programme that leverages data insights, market intelligence, and channel expertise to deliver actionable insights for business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and has deep expertise in Alteryx, Snowflake, Denodo, Power Apps / Power Automate, and 3rd party market data. The ideal candidate must be willing to learn new tools and technologies, including GenAI/agentic AI, to grow our analytics program.

You will work closely with stakeholders across data & analytics, sales and marketing teams to translate campaign goals into scalable analytics workflows and data views that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate campaign requirements into technical specifications for performant Snowflake views and analytics (Alteryx) workflows.
* Design and maintain advanced Alteryx workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery integrated with Snowflake, Denodo and on-prem sql server environments.
* Integrate 3rd party data to support sales & marketing segmentation strategies for a diverse group of security and networking vendors based on analyst data, firmographics, technographics, and intent signals.
* Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues including schema mismatches and performance bottlenecks as well as analytics output issues - e.g., summarization errors, fuzzy match errors, machine learning data quality and/or training errors, market basket configuration, etc.
* Support QA and development of internal tools and automation flows connected to Snowflake, Alteryx auto-insights, Denodo and Fabric datasets.
* Maintain documentation and version control for all workflows to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Required Qualifications
* Extensive experience in data analytics roles.
* Expert-level proficiency in Alteryx Designer and Server, including macro development and flow orchestration.
* Strong command of SQL and hands-on experience with Snowflake and Denodo.
* Familiarity with technographic, firmographic and intent data.
* Proven ability to work in agile teams and adapt to changing requirements.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
* Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
* Understanding of RBAC and data governance practices.
* Exposure to campaign analytics, partner enablement, or sales operations.
