Senior IAM Engineer (Auth0 exp Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Auth0-based IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, integrations)
• Develop and automate IAM workflows, policies, and processes using Auth0 Workflows and JavaScript
• Implement authentication using OIDC and OAuth 2.0 in Java/Spring Boot cloud applications
• Build and customize Universal Login UI
• Integrate Auth0 with backend systems, mobile apps, and cloud platforms
• Provide support for Okta/IAM incidents, requests, and changes; monitor security, agents, imports, and certificates
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior engineers

Required Experience

• 6+ years in IAM, including 4+ years with Auth0 in large environments
• Strong knowledge of OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and Auth0 APIs
• Experience with cloud-based development and automation
• Strong communication skills-must
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Preferred

• Auth0 certifications
• Experience with GDPR and European compliance
• Familiarity with cloud and hybrid identity environments
