Senior IAM Engineer

Key Skills

• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting IAM solutions such asPingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory,Okta,SailPoint IIQ, andTransmit Security.
• Familiarity withDevOps tool stack Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, BitBucket, Jira.
• Strong knowledge ofSSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, JIT, andMFAstandards.
• Proficient inJavaand scripting languages such asPowerShell, Python, orShell scripting.
• Understanding ofZero Trustarchitecture,least privilege, andcompliance frameworks.
• Experience inAgile/Kanban/Scrumenvironments andcloud identityon AWS/Azure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and supportDigital IdentityandAccess Managementsolutions integrating Ping, Okta, and SailPoint.
• Engineer secure authentication and authorization mechanisms based onOAuth, OIDC, SAML, andadaptive MFA.
• Lead end-to-endSailPoint IIQimplementation, including connector development, workflow customization, and provisioning.
• Delivercustomer-centric identity capabilitiesusing orchestration and risk-based engines such as Transmit Security, ThreatMetrix, BioCatch.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for IAM solutions using Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Assess new IAM technologies to identify capability gaps or overlap.
• Collaborate with application, compliance, and IT teams to enable business while maintaining a strong security posture.

Mandatory Skillset

• One or more of the following:Ping Stack (PingFederate/PingAccess/PingDirectory), Okta Identity Engine, SailPoint IIQ, or Transmit Security.
• Strong Java development and automation scripting knowledge.
