Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Specialist located in Pune. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR management tasks, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and conducting personnel management activities. The role involves enhancing workplace solutions, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role requires collaboration with various teams to drive organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources practices, including HR management and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance standards, and labor laws.
  • Experience in designing, managing, and improving Employee Benefits programs.
  • Skills in Personnel Management, team building, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site collaborative environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR management roles, ideally in mid-to-large organizations.
