Job Title: Senior Human Resources Specialist

Notice Period: Immediate/Serving NP

Experience Required: 6 to 9 Years

Job Location: Pune

Overall Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, and exits

• Coordinate background verification and maintain accurate employee documentation

• Prepare and manage HR documentation including offer letters, confirmation letters, and employee records

• Maintain and update employee data in HRMS systems ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Generate HR reports, MIS dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decision-making

• Manage attendance tracking, leave management, and probation review cycles

• Support international employees with HR processes and documentation

• Coordinate performance management processes including mid-year and annual appraisal cycles

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and Rewards & Recognition programs

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and NATS

Skills & Tools

Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management

• Knowledge of statutory compliance and labour law requirements

• Experience working with HRMS systems and HR reporting tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HR dashboards

• Ability to manage employee engagement and culture-building initiatives

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple HR activities in a fast-paced environment

Day-to-Day Activities

Manage onboarding documentation and coordinate induction sessions for new employees

• Maintain employee records and update HRMS systems regularly

• Track attendance, leave records, and probation review timelines

• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal documentation

Conduct exit interviews and assist with full and final settlement coordination

• Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and cultural events

• Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards for leadership review

• Support compliance documentation and statutory filings

Experience

6 to 9 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles

• Experience handling employee lifecycle management and HR documentation

• Exposure to HRMS tools, HR reporting, and engagement initiatives

• Experience working in mid-sized or fast-paced organizations is preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
