About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment( Bulk Hiring ) for BPO and Non BPO Clients
• Ideal candidate should have 6 month to one year in bulk hiring with a leading placement company. Should have the ability to source and screen candidates.
• Candidates with experience in bulk hiring for BPOs will be preferred.
• Excellent Communication in English.

Qualifications :

• Graduation in any discipline, MBA / post graduate qualification preferred but not necessary
• Previous internships or work experiences in HR related fields
• Demonstrated experiences at college or work levels in leading and executing large impact projects or events.

Skills and Behaviors:

• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, energetic and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
