Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer negotiation, and onboarding. The candidate should be based in Hyderabad and available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process from understanding requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and work effectively within defined hiring timelines.
- Meet recruitment targets and support the organization in achieving its hiring requirements.
