Company Description Cloud Kitchen Network, a sister company of Art of Business, was established in 2020 to help individuals start and grow profitable food businesses. While the company began with a focus on cloud kitchens, it now supports entrepreneurs in launching and scaling restaurants and cafes as well. Cloud Kitchen Network has helped launch over 500 brands and has supported more than 20 food entrepreneurs in building multi-crore businesses. Its community includes over 10,000 paid members and a social media audience of more than 300,000 followers. The company's mission is to build a supportive network of 100,000 foodpreneurs through comprehensive courses, hands-on mentorship, and community-driven growth.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Human Resources Recruiter role based in Indore. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment, including defining role requirements, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, building robust talent pipelines for multiple functions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage. The recruiter will also manage onboarding activities, maintain accurate recruitment data and reports, and support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the food and startup ecosystem. In addition, this role will contribute to refining recruitment processes, implementing best practices, and mentoring junior HR team members where needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Skilled in using job portals, professional networks, social media, and referral programs to build talent pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on a fair and positive candidate experience.
  • Experience in onboarding, HR documentation, and maintaining accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in startups, education, or food/hospitality sectors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior recruiters or HR team members is preferred.
  • Comfort working on-site in Indore and engaging actively with internal teams and community members.
