Accordible is a fast-growing facility management and technical services company serving hospitality, commercial, healthcare, industrial, corporate, and commercial clients across India.

As the company continues to expand, we are looking for a sharp, proactive, and result-driven Senior Human Resource Recruiter who can take ownership of recruitment for key office-based and business-critical roles.

Role Purpose

The Senior Human Resource Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for office-based and professional roles across Sales, Business Development, Operations, HR, Accounts, Admin, Marketing, Client Coordination, and other support functions.

The primary focus of this role will be white-collar / office hiring. Blue-collar hiring support may be required only in urgent or business-critical situations.

This role requires someone who can understand hiring requirements quickly, identify suitable candidates, manage multiple openings, coordinate with department heads, and ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for office, corporate, and mid-level roles.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, referrals, WhatsApp groups, internal databases, and other relevant hiring channels.

Hire for roles such as Sales Executive, Inside Sales Executive, Lead Generation Executive, Business Development Executive, Operations Executive, Senior Operations Executive, HR Executive, Accounts Executive, Admin Executive, Marketing Executive, Client Coordinator, and similar office roles.

Understand hiring requirements from department heads and management.

Create clear and attractive job postings based on role requirements.

Screen candidates based on communication skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, location, stability, career intent, and role suitability.

Conduct initial telephonic screening and shortlist relevant candidates.

Evaluate candidate quality and fitment before sharing profiles with hiring managers.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, department heads, and management.

Follow up consistently with candidates to reduce interview no-shows and joining dropouts.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming hiring requirements.

Support salary discussion, offer coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.

Maintain daily recruitment trackers and share regular hiring updates with management.

Coordinate with internal teams for feedback, selection status, and closure timelines.

Track hiring progress, pending positions, interview status, offer status, and joining status.

Support urgent blue-collar hiring only when required by the business.

Ensure timely closure of positions without compromising candidate quality.

Required Skills

Strong communication and calling skills.

Good understanding of white-collar / office recruitment.

Ability to judge candidate quality quickly and accurately.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Experience using job portals and hiring platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and referrals.

Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

Ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time.

Ability to work with hiring targets, deadlines, and closure expectations.

Good understanding of salary negotiation, notice period handling, and candidate follow-up.

Disciplined, organized, and ownership-driven approach.

Ability to work closely with department heads and management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

3–4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition / HR hiring.

Experience in hiring for Sales, Operations, HR, Admin, Accounts, Marketing, Business Development, and Coordination roles.

Background in facility management, manpower services, staffing, hospitality, real estate, B2B services, or service-based companies will be preferred.

Should be proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with daily calling and follow-ups.

Should have experience managing multiple openings at the same time.

Should be able to handle recruitment pressure and closure timelines.

Should be mature enough to coordinate with senior team members and department heads.

Should have strong ownership towards hiring closures and candidate follow-ups

The candidate should be fast, structured, consistent, and highly disciplined in follow-ups.

This role requires someone who can understand business hiring needs, identify the right candidates, manage multiple positions, coordinate smoothly with internal teams, and ensure timely hiring closures for Accordible's growing office team.

The ideal candidate should not only source profiles but also take complete ownership of the hiring process from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
