About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-drivenSenior HR Managerto lead our in-house Human Resources function. You'll play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while building a strong and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen company culture and employee experience.
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and organizational growth.
2. In-House Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Leadend-to-end recruitmentfor all functions from job design and postings to offer closure.
- Build a strong internal hiring process, ensuring quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Partner closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and plan manpower effectively.
- Use modern recruitment tools, referral programs, and internal mobility to attract the right talent.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
3. Onboarding & Employee Development
- Design engaging onboarding programs that help new hires integrate smoothly.
- Plan and execute training programs that enhance skills, productivity, and retention.
- Support leadership development and career growth initiatives across the organization.
4. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Drive initiatives to boost employee morale, communication, and team cohesion.
- Resolve employee queries and conflicts with fairness and empathy.
- Organize engagement activities, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
5. Performance & Growth Management
- Oversee performance review cycles and goal-setting
- Guide managers on feedback, performance improvement, and succession planning.
- Ensure fair evaluation and recognition for top performers.
6. HR Operations & Policy Compliance (Support Function)
- Manage HR systems, employee records, and analytics efficiently.
- Ensure internal HR policies are up-to-date and followed consistently.
- Maintain compliance with basic labor laws and organizational standards.
What We're Looking For
- Education:Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience:7+ years in HR management with strong exposure to in-house hiring and talent development.
- Skills:
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive engagement, retention, and growth-focused HR initiatives
- Sound knowledge of HR operations and best practices
