Someone who has been in the trenches—scaled teams, built systems from scratch, and helped shape culture during real growth. This role isn't about maintaining legacy HR processes; it's about creating them, stress-testing them, and evolving them as we grow.
You'll be equally comfortable on the restaurant floor talking to a cook as you are in leadership meetings discussing attrition, org design, and performance.

What You'll Do
1. Build & Scale the People Function
- Design and implement core HR systems: onboarding, performance management, L&D, and engagement
- Bring structure to chaos—without over-engineering early-stage energy
- Partner with founders and leadership to shape org design and hiring strategy
2. Own High-Volume, High-Quality Hiring
- Lead recruitment across frontline and corporate roles
- Build scalable hiring processes that focus on quality, not just speed
- Ensure strong employer branding and candidate experience
3. Drive Culture on the Ground
- Act as a bridge between leadership and frontline teams
- Build a culture rooted in behaviours, not perks
- Ensure consistency of values across locations and teams
4. Enable Performance & Growth
- Design and run performance review cycles
- Identify high-potential talent and build growth pathways
- Create feedback loops that actually drive improvement
5. Use Data to Drive Decisions
- Track and analyze key people metrics (attrition, hiring funnel, engagement)
- Turn insights into action—not just reports
- Use data to influence leadership decisions
What We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in People/HR roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Background in high-growth consumer, FMCG, F&B, retail, or D2C brands strongly preferred
- Proven experience in scaling people functions during periods of real growth
- Hands-on experience in high-volume hiring environments
- Demonstrated ability to build HR systems from scratch (onboarding, L&D, performance, engagement)
